We are a family-run kitchen showroom based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, founded by a father and two sons. With over 40 years of combined experience in the kitchen industry, we are passionate about thoughtful, well-engineered kitchen design and delivering a high-end finish.

Like his brother, Sam joined the business straight from school and has now spent eight years honing his skills in kitchen fitting. He takes pride in perfecting the finishing touches, ensuring every kitchen meets the highest standards. And if you meet him, you’ll quickly discover he’s one of the friendliest people you’re likely to come across—bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for the work he does.

Lisa

With 35 years of experience in retail management, Lisa plays a vital role in handling administration, purchasing, and accounts. As Steve’s sister and Lewis and Sam’s aunt, she’s been a key part of the family business for the past four years, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Her expertise keeps everything running seamlessly, allowing the team to focus on crafting exceptional kitchens.

From the planning stage through to completion, we found them very helpful, considerate and conscientious, with lots of useful advice and suggestions and good attention to detail. It would be an understatement to say we were delighted with the whole procedure of installing our new kitchen and utility room. Having had a few estimates from other companies, and not been completely convinced, we eventually found Malthouse Kitchens. On walking into their show rooms and meeting some of their team, we were almost convinced before we even had a survey and estimate. The only problem being that they were based almost an hour from our village, but that presented them with no problem. They presented us with a design which met our criteria and hardly needed any changes. They started work on the date agreed some weeks earlier, and immediately convinced us that we had made the right choice. They were very professional, friendly, incredibly tidy, and flexible to the inevitable minor changes that became necessary. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They used their trusted, plumbers, electricians, flooring specialists, and work top specialists, all of which had a similar standards to the Malthouse Staff. The final invoice they gave us reflected precisely the original quotes they gave us, except very minor changes which we agreed during the construction. Without any doubt we would use them in any other project we might need in the future, and definitely strongly recommend them.

10/10 from start to finish! I had a vision of what I wanted but our kitchen is small and a bit awkward with the stairs poking through the ceiling so old kitchen was very limited in space and storage & didn’t maximise the space at all.
Malthouse created a design that added more storage (even with the awkward stairs) and that really maximised on the space with little luxuries such as LED strip lights to make it pop! Although our kitchen area is small, the new kitchen has made the room look so much bigger, even with more cupboards. And the finish of the kitchen just shows how much love and craftsmanship goes into their work - a huge thank you to Sam for his time and eye for detail. After getting numerous quotes from all the big-name kitchen companies, I’m so glad we chose Malthouse Kitchens. From start to finish, the whole process was seamless, stress-free, and completely professional. Just clear, helpful advice and the time and space to make the right choices for us. We wanted an all-in-one solution, and that’s exactly what we got. Malthouse organised everything, from electricians and plumbers to plasterers - and every single contractor was top quality. It’s clear they only work with the best. The entire team was fantastic. Lewis handled the initial quote, Steve took care of the removal, Sam expertly fitted the kitchen alongside Steve, and Lisa in the office kept everything running smoothly. They were all an absolute pleasure to work with friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were great at offering advice when changes were needed along the way. They were considerate of us working from home, always respectful, and it honestly felt like we had friends in the house by the end of the project. We’ll miss having them around! On top of all that, they even gave us advice on our bathroom, showing the depth of their experience beyond just kitchens. From start to finish Malthouse were impeccable. We dreamt of a new kitchen for years and when we finally went for it we were in no doubt this was the company for us. Every inch of our kitchen is first class. Cupboards, worktop and flooring are just amazing. Sockets in cupboards, lights in our glasses cupboards. Bespoke cupboards and shelving to make the most of every inch of storage, the list goes on. We have had non stop compliments on our kitchen and have had neighbours knocking on the door to come and see, and subsequently gobsmacked at the sheer stunning level of quality and finish. I would recommend Malthouse Kitchens - we were able to include some new ideas into our drinks bar and it is working very well. We chose to fit it ourselves and we had some more ideas while we were building it, and were able to order parts very quickly. You have advantage of talking to people who actually understand how the kitchen units are fitted, so everything makes sense
